New students are welcome in all classes (except for Half Moon classes on first day), and must arrive at least 20 minutes before their first class to register. We also offer smaller classes (reservations required) for first-time students only if you prefer to be in a class with all brand new beginners.
New students are not required to take a first-time only class. We do, however, recommend that brand new students try to avoid 6pm/6:30/7pm classes for their first class, if possible, because these classes tend to be the busiest.
Please note: All tri-state local brand new students to Bikram Yoga NYC must start with us on one of our two introductory packages: $27 Unlimited Intro Week or $59 Unlimited Intro Month.
