We recommend first-time students initially take a smaller and more individualized class with a limited number of students at one of our studios.

  • Cost is $23.00 (includes mat rental but not towels).
  • This class is included in the $23 Intro Week Special at no additional charge.
  • Towels are $1 (per towel) during Intro Week Special at all locations.
  • Reservations required — please call studio phone number above to reserve your spot!
  • Please arrive 20 minutes before class to register.
  • Wear something you are comfortable sweating in.
  • Try not to eat at least 2 hours before class—but drink plenty of water.
  • Review the Bikram Yoga NYC policies.
  • If you are unable to make this class, new students may take any of our classes. All classes are for all levels.
General reminders applicable for all classes:
  • No reservations required for regular classes.
  • Classes are 90 minutes (one hour standing, 1/2 hour on the floor). Be prepared to work hard and sweat.
  • Women should wear leotards and shorts. Men wear shorts and shirt (shirt optional). Sweats not recommended. No bikini bathing suits please. Square cut swimsuits are ok.
  • Lockers and showers available—bring your own lock.
  • Mats are included in Intro Special for new students. Towels are $1 (per towel).
  • Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of instructor.
