The teacher, Summer, was nice enough to reposition me by a fan, made sure we all stayed hydrated, and very knowledgeable in her instruction. She gave non-stop, detailed tips, telling us which muscles we were working, how to do every pose, fantastic for a newbie like me. She also made sure I didn’t push myself too hard, since I recently had a knee surgery. But I think she was keen on other people’s limitations as well.
